François Dal – C16 |
With this tigered extension at the end of the shank, this churchwarden Pickaxe gives exotic tunes. I do not yet know if my boys have called it ‘Savannah’ by analogy with the felidae or the rustic aspect of its sanding, but the name was then adopted. The flock is teflon (nylon) and the shank drilled at 4mm. The slot of the mouthpiece (cut concave) is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 25 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Chacom in Saint-Claude.
Produced at the end of 2016, it is therefore stamped ‘C 16’ (‘C’ for the Custom series, now renamed Tradition).
