François Dal – Tradition 2017 – (on stem) δ |
Here is a very classic Dublin model, slightly bent (1/8), mounted with a cumberland stem. The briar is beautifully flamed, honey-colored. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece (concave) is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 30 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Saint-Claude.
Produced in 2017, it is therefore stamped ‘Tradition 2017’.
This pipe is new and has never been smoked.
The stummel is in pristine condition, showing no apparent stroke or claw. Note the presence of a sandpit on the side, visible in the photos.
