François Dal – Tradition 2017 – (on stem) δ

Here is an elegant variation of the classic billiard shape: the stem is slightly longer and I added a “snakewood” extension, guyana wood. It is mounted with a jasped horn stem with shades ranging from creamy white to tawny. The sanded briar reveals a mixed grain with some rings on one side. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece is well open for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 20 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Chacom in Saint-Claude.

Produced this year, it is therefore stamped ‘Tradition 2017′.

	This pipe is new and has never been smoked.
	The stummel is in pristine condition, showing no apparent stroke or claw.
	The chamber is new, without cake.
	The horn stem is new and there is no tooth mark and no claws.
