François Dal – Tradition 2018 – (on stem) δ |
I am quite happy to offer you this nice model of long Liverpool, sandblasted finish with ‘Havana’ stain, mounted with an old silvered and chiseled ring. The stem is handcut in a quality cumberland bar and German origin (SEM), a limited edition that I renamed ‘Prussian Blue’. The color contrast is striking and I like it a lot. Sandblasting reveals some elegant rings. To be noticed a sandpit under the base of the bowl, without consequence but I prefer to write it black on white. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The concave slot of the mouthpiece is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 20 years of drying in the drying rooms and granaries of Chacom in Saint-Claude.
It is stamped ‘Tradition 2018’.
