François Dal – Tradition 2018 – (on stem) δ |
Elegance and assertive character qualify this Liverpool in rusticated ‘Black Lunar’ finish. The very old silver ring gives it an undeniable class. The aluminum tenon is here fixed on the shank and the flock made on the stem to ensure the strength of the shank. The stem is hand cut in a bar of colored grey cream ebonite (or cumberland). The drill is 4mm. At the request of the customer (this is a command), the thickness of the bit is a little larger than usual. The slot of the mouthpiece is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 25 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Chacom in Saint-Claude.
Produced in 2018, it is therefore stamped ‘Tradition 2018′.
