| François Dal – Handmade 2017 – (on stem) δ | |
Here is my favorite: a Belge with long shank, mounted with a blue / green cumberland stem that bends very slightly to give to the whole a more flexible, less rigid shape. The stummel is sandblasted and shows well-defined concentric rings all around the bowl. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar, of Tuscan origin, benefited at least from a year (I guess much more) and a half of drying and 1 more year in my own reserve.
