Here is a Lovat with a smooth finish and stained ‘honey’ color, the shank is protected by a wrought brass ferrule and the saddle stem is made of German ebonite. The briar is cut in cross grain with nice birdseyes. The floc is teflon (nylon) and the stem pierced at 4.2mm. The concave lens of the mouthpiece is well V-shaped for optimal draw. The briar has more than 10 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Saint-Claude.

Produced this year 2020, it is therefore marked ‘Tradition 2020’.

	This pipe is new and has never been smoked.
	The stummel is in pristine condition, showing no apparent stroke or claw.
