François Dal – C16 – * – (on stem) Delta

Elegance and assertiveness characterize this long Liverpool whose sandblasting draws ring grain over the entire periphery of the bowl. Decorated with a smooth briar ring, the shank is lined with ebonite over the length of the flock to ensure its solidity.  The flock is teflon (nylon) and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 25 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Chacom in Saint-Claude.

Produced at the end of 2016, it is therefore stamped ‘C 16’ (‘C’ for the Custom series, now renamed Tradition).  A stamped star also indicates that the stem has been handcut from a raw rod of cumberland.

This pipe is new and has never been smoked.
The stummel is new and in pristine condition.
The chamber is new, without cake.
The cumberland stem is new and there is no tooth mark and no claws.
