| François Dal – Handmade 2017 – (on stem) δ | |
So this is the Cutty shape, here in sandblasted finish and stained in shades dark brown chocolate. The end of the shank is reinforced with a 5mm silver ring and the stem is in ‘honey’ color acrylic. The top of the bowl is smooth with a stain that contrasts pleasantly. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece (concave) is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar, of Corsican origin, benefited from a year and a half of drying by my supplier and an additional year on my reserve..
