François Dal – Tradition 2018 – (on stem) δ |
Here is a fairly classic shape of bent Dublin. What makes it less classic are the colors chosen, here an orange-brown stain, a double boxwood washer and a green / blue colored ebonite stem hand cut in a bar of German quality. Sandblasting on the surface reveals pretty ring grain. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece (concave) is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 15 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Saint-Claude.
Produced in 2018, it is therefore stamped ‘Tradition 2018’.
