François Dal – Tradition 2017 – (on stem) δ |
Here is a shape that characterizes the classicism and the British elegance, while still being very in vogue. The sandblasted finish reveals a beautiful mixed grain of burgundy stain. The shank is mounted with a 15mm silver ring and the hand cut stem is made in a cumberland ‘culvert’ bar. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece (carved concave) is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar has more than 20 years of drying in the drying roomss and granaries of Chacom in Saint-Claude.
Produced this year, it is therefore stamped ‘Tradition 2017′.
