François Dal – Les Vieux Fourneaux – Championnat de Belgique -2019 |
Here is a large neogene (or billiard) rusticated finish (except under the base of the shank and on the chamber’s rims), stained dark mahogany, almost black. Its generous chamber (4.8×2.15) promises long smoking sessions. The stem is adapted from a rough acrylic stem; German quality. The flock is teflon (nylon) and the shank drilled to 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece is open V-shaped for optimum draw. The briar, from the workshops Chretin in Saint-Claude (which closed in the 80s-90), has more than 30 years of drying!
Produced for the Belgian Smoke Championship, scheduled for April 2019, it is marked in the name of the brotherhood ‘Les Vieux Fourneaux – Championnat de Belgique 2019’.
