I hope that you will find here an echo to the passion that has animated me for recent years in the craft of briar pipe.

I live in Wepion near Namur in Belgium.

My first steps were made by restoring old pipes; giving life back to forgotten objects has allowed me to discover all the diversity and richness of this exciting universe.  Some visits to Saint-Claude, old capital of the pipe in the french Jura, allowed me to meet Pierre Morel, the outstanding master pipe-maker and observe him during 4 (too) short mornings.

Bitten by passion more than by experience, I then fully invested myself to make a small workshop and learned by myself working preturned stummels.  Progressively, the desire to produce my own pipes from raw materials was born. 

Before any aesthetic considerations, I am convinced that a pipe must first smoke perfectly to guarantee the best experience to the smoker.   But the choice of a pipe is also made with the eyes, by heart stroke, and I also hope that you discover in my work a style and a seductive line.  In order to fully satisfy you, I devote the necessary time to a good execution from a technical point of view but also to the selection of quality raw materials.
