François Dal – Handmade 2017 – (on stem) δ |
This sandblasted billiard in dark mahogany tones proposes a generous chamber (2.3 cm wide by 4.6 cm deep) which assimilates it to Group 6 pipes. The shank is decorated with an aluminum ring and the stem is in classic red / black Cumberland that blends perfectly with the colors of the stummel. The flock is teflon and the shank drilled at 4.2mm. The slot of the mouthpiece (concave) is well open in V for an optimal draw. The briar, of Tuscan origin, benefited from a year and a half of drying by the supplier and 6 more months in my own reserva.
